Dhaujée Rose fuses her experiences as an educator, strategist and multi-modality healing artist to support individuals and organizations in developing more mindful practices. Her work has two layers. Privately, providing professional and organizational development experiences for organizations wanting to curate a mindful workspace culture. Publicly, serving as a healing artist and facilitator. Assisting individuals in developing healthy mind, body and spiritual awareness through coaching and courses. Dhaujée's work centers the dynamism of communities of color; collaborating to explore mental, physical, and spiritual restoration with joy and dignity!
With over a decade navigating nonprofit-management and entrepreneurship, Dhaujée comes with experiential knowledge that is diverse and relevant. She has worked in the public sector with large institutions like Los Angeles Unified School District, Los Angeles Regional Center and The Los Angeles Department of Public Health; facilitated wellness offerings for Adidas, Menärche, and Get Loved Up; and supported the start-up and funding strategy for many local organizations, including the YWCA: Girls Club LA, Creative Acts and The Blackbird House. She’s currently an active board member of thread and Black Being, as well as an advisory board member of The Citizens’ Policing Project (CPP).
Dhaujée is a Baltimore, Maryland native and is currently based in Los Angeles, California. She received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from Bowdoin College, studied Nonprofit Management through UCLA Extension and is a certified reiki and yoga practitioner.
